1. Return Eligibility

  • All original packaging, tags, and protective materials intact
  • Return request initiated within 30 calendar days of the delivery date

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
  • Digital products or gift cards
  • Products showing evidence of use, modification, or customer-induced damage
  • Custom-made or personalized items
